1. Login the IEEE PDF eXpress
(1)First-time users for the IEEE PDF eXpress:
(a)Click "Create Account".
(b)Enter 57119X for the Conference ID, your e-mail address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
(c)You will receive online and e-mail confirmation upon successful account setup.
(2)Previous users of the IEEE PDF eXpress (for conferences other than ICSAI 2021), but using the system for the first time for ICSAI 2021:
(a)Enter 57119X for the Conference ID, your e-mail address, and enter the password you used for your old account.
(b)When you click "Login" you'll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click "Continue". By entering your previously used e-mail address and password combination, you can enable your old account for ICSAI 2021.
(c)Check that the contact information is still valid, and click "Submit".
(d)You will receive online and e-mail confirmation upon successful account setup.
(3)Returning users of ICSAI 2021: Enter 57119X for the Conference ID, along with your e-mail address, and password.
2.For each paper, click "Create New Title".
3.Enter your paper title as identifying text.
4.Click "Submit PDF for Checking" or "Submit Source Files for Conversion".
5.Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and e-mail confirmation upon a successful upload.
6.You will receive an e-mail with your Checked PDF file or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF file attached. If you submitted a PDF file for checking, the e-mail will show if your file passed or failed the check.
If the PDF submitted fails:
7.Submit your source file for conversion by clicking "Try Again", and then "Submit Source Files for Conversion", or
8.Read the PDF Check report, then click "The PDF Check Report" in the sidebar to get information on possible solutions, or
9."Request Technical Help" through your account.
If you are not satisfied with the IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF:
10.Resubmit your source file with corrections ("Try Again" then "Submit Source Files for Conversion"), or
11.Submit a PDF file by clicking "Try Again" then "Submit PDF for Checking", or
12."Request a Manual Conversion" through your account.
If the PDF file submitted passed the PDF eXpress Check, or you are satisfied with your IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF file:
13.Submit your IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF file at http://81.68.97.198/submission_icsai/openconf.php
IEEE PDF eXpress converts the following file types to PDF:

For documents created in formats that do not embed source files, include all support files with the final manuscript in a folder. Put this folder in a compressed archive for submission. If it is possible to embed images in the source document, you should do so to avoid potential issues, such as missing graphics. A DVI file is required for LaTeX conversions, in addition to the associated image files. Make sure that your LaTeX system can output a DVI file, otherwise it cannot be converted by the IEEE PDF eXpress. Be sure also to check that your images are properly referenced, and that DVI can handle the image file types used (DVI does not handle some newer image types, e.g., *.png).
